We do not recommend using lighter colors on glass items as it will not show up well. Press for 3 minutes at 356 on light pressure. We have yet to try the convection oven.
**WE WILL NOT REPLACE, REFUND, OR ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES BECAUSE OF DINGS, DENTS, OR ANY OTHER DEFECTS TO THE WHITE PACKING BOXES**
WE WILL ONLY REPLACE OR GIVE STORE CREDIT FOR DAMAGED CUPS/TUMBLERS.
If for some reason you have a damaged item, you have 3 DAYS (after tracking shows your order was delivered)
to inspect EVERY CUP and report any defects or damages to the email provided below.
